This is the second time I've taken it. It is excellent as an aid to eradicate helicobacter and fungi, such as candida. Before I used to put oregano oil in sugar and it was insufferable. This oregano in pearls is very easy to take. The pearls are small and easy to swallow and there is no oregano taste reflux. Great.
