Pranarôm Scots Pine Essential Oil BIO 10ml is an essential oil that is mainly used to soothe respiratory problems or infections such as asthma, sinusitis or bronchitis, but it is also a real remedy to relieve joint pain(osteoarthritis, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and osteo-articular inflammation).

The aroma of Scots pine is warm and helps to combat, also, stress or mental exhaustion.

Instructions for use

External way: Dilute 3 drops of CTEO and 5 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil 3 times a day on the area of the body related to the organ for which the treatment is intended.
Usually, it's just a matter of course: To improve breathing, especially at night, inhale the following preparation for 5 to 10 minutes, protecting the eyes very well: Apply 3 drops of Scots pine, 3 drops of ravinstsara and 2 drops of peppermint.
