In this case, Pranarôm wintergreen oil is ideal to soothe the symptoms of rheumatism, osteoarthritis, arthritis, joint pain, stiffness or cramps, muscle aches, tendinitis, sciatica, lumbago or sprains.

It also helps to eliminate bruises and cellulite.

Instructions for use

External way:for arthritis, rheumatism, spasms, tendinitis, always dilute: 3 drops of oil + 3 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil applied to the area, 3 times a day.

Internal way:for liver problems, 1 drop of oil, 3 times a day, mixed with honey, olive oil or cane sugar, under the tongue.
