Description

Vegan recipe based on Couscous of wheat and flowers. Ingredients from organic farming. Valid as a main dish or side dish. Ideal as a quick and/or balanced meal.

Instructions for use

Boil 500ml of water per 300g of product, turn off the heat, pour the product and 2 tablespoons of oil, cover and let stand for a few minutes. It can be accompanied with cucumber, tomato, fresh mint, according to taste. Mix with a fork.
