Capsules designed based on kiwi extract, Plantago extract and senna, which stimulates the digestive system and favours the elimination of faeces. It is a rich source of B vitamins and its prebiotic properties control stomach acidity and protect gastric mucous membranes. Recommended in cases of occasional constipation.
Take 1 capsule a day accompanied by a glass of water.
Dry Senna Excerpt (Cassia Angustifolia M. Vahl., 7% senosides), Dry Plantago Excerpt (Plantago Ovata Phil), Gelatin, load agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Kiwi's dry extract (actinidia chinensis planch.), Antiaglymerants ( Magnesium and silicon dioxide estearate).
To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.
Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
