Description

Also known as "donkey pepper", the mountain savory is part of the aromatic herbs such as thyme, marjoram and rosemary. The 100% pure oil manufactured by PROPOS NATURE is obtained by distillation of the leaves, stems and flowers of the Satureja montana. It has a strong and spicy smell, so it has been traditionally used in the culinary art. It also offers health benefits; mainly to the digestive system and as a remedy for colic, nausea, diarrhea and flatulence. Historically, it has been used as a general tonic, always mixed with another oil. Savory was given aphrodisiac powers and this reputation served to be banned in the monasteries of the Middle Ages. It works best mixed with ointments and used as an ointment for muscle and joint pain. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.

Use the oil diluted in a suitable medium. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
