Pukka Infusion Green Tea Matcha Supreme Bio 20 bags based on 3 varieties of whole green tea leaves (Sencha, Oothu and Suoi Gang) that offer purifying and antioxidant properties.

It is 100% natural, made from organic products.

Instructions for use

  • Pour approximately 250 ml of freshly boiled water over the bag and leave to stand for 5 minutes.

Composition

SENCHA GREEN TEA (34%), OOTHU GREEN TEA (32%), SUOI GANG GREEN TEA (32%), MATCHA (JEJO DO GARRUCHA) POWDER (2%).

Pharmaceutical Advice

Matcha tea is a variety of green tea originally from China and widely used in Japan. Instead of infusing the tea leaves to drink, the whole leaves are used in powder form. This consumption method makes it possible to obtain more health benefits than the traditional method.

Because of the way they are cultivated, matcha tea leaves contain a high concentration of chlorophyll and amino acids and do not have the typical bitter taste of ordinary green tea.

The most noted components in matcha tea include EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), which has a high antioxidant capacity, L-theanine (which has a relaxing effect) and caffeine (which has a stimulating effect). Each person will be more or less sensitive to these substances and will need to adjust their tea consumption accordingly.
