Super absorbent sterile non-adherent dressing for the treatment of exudative wounds from the brand Resposorb, presented in boxes of 10 units. This product is composed of four layers of different materials.

The layers are as follows:

• First layer: non-woven hydrophilic viscose/nylon material that is very soft and prevents adherence to the wound.
• Second layer: hydrophilic cellulose designed to evenly distribute liquids.
• Third layer: super absorbent layer made of cellulose flakes mixed with superabsorbent polyacrylate polymers that allow for the absorption and retention of exudates.
• Last layer: non-woven polypropylene, green in color, hydrophobic, but permeable to air and gas exchange.
