Apply to wet hair, massage gently and rinse. Apply again and leave on for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing.

It's still too early to say whether this shampoo is effective against hair loss (I've only been testing it for a few days). On the other hand, it's very clear that it makes hair look great. And from the very first shampoo. I feel like I have more hair, because it looks thicker and fuller. It has a lot more bounce. That's great when you've been losing hair for years and don't know what to do... What's more, without using conditioner, the hair detangles without a hitch. I have very long, fine and fragile hair, which pulls out at the slightest tug.
