Description

Rhinodouche Salt 40 sachets is a nasal solution that helps deep cleansing through nasal irrigation.

It is made from a combination of salts that contribute to performing nasal washes in retronasal drip. It also contains sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, xylitol, potassium and calcium chlorides.

It is indicated to maintain the hygiene of the nose and to favour the elimination of mucus.

It comes in 40 sachets of 5 grams that allows making 500 millilitres of irrigation water.

Instructions for use

  • Place the contents of one sachet inside the bottle.

  • Add clean, lukewarm water (35-39ºC) up to about the 250 ml mark and shake until the salts are completely dissolved.

  • Shake until the salts are completely dissolved.

  • Add more water until the bottle is full (500 ml).

  • Insert the nasal adapter tube into the bottle and screw the cap on to ensure a tight seal.

  • Tilt the head over the basin, and insert the nasal adapter into one of the nostrils by gently pressing down to plug it. Breathe through the mouth.

  • Gently squeeze the bottle in the centre, placing your thumb in the circle at the back.

  • Irrigate for 10-20 seconds.

It is also present as an ingredient in dietary supplements, as it stands out as a source of marine magnesium (an essential mineral for the nervous system and for maintaining a normal state of mind). In athletic supplements, it contributes to rehydration and mineral replenishment. It has a prebiotic effect and aid in detoxification. In any case, it is important to follow the instructions on the product or dietary supplement for its correct use. People with hypertension or who need to moderate the intake of certain minerals in their diet should first consult a healthcare professional.
