With age or intensive sports practice, the cartilage wears down and this can lead to joint pain and other complications that limit mobility and comfort of movement. The properties of chondroitin and hyaluronic acid restore the natural levels of these substances in cartilage, helping to slow joint deterioration and preserve joint flexibility.
