They are a rich source of nutrients and facilitate the digestive process, reducing the possible discomfort that gluten can cause. It is recommended to be served with a sauce such as pesto or bolognese.
Boil enough water in a saucepan and add salt and oil. Put the pasta in for 9 minutes when the water is boiling. Drain and season.
