Description

Thermal bag that facilitates the application of cold and heat treatments to favour the relief of the symptoms of various ailments. The bags are filled with wheat seed, which act as thermal agent, and relaxing lavender herbs and anti-inflammatory rosemary. It is equipped with a removable and machine washable case. The dimensions are 30x15cm and weighs approximately 800 grams.

Instructions for use

· For a heating effect, place the sack in the microwave next to a small glass of water and heat to maximum power for 2 minutes.

· For a cold effect, place the bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
