Description

Foot deodorant made with a formula based on natural ingredients. It contains Aloe vera and menthol that contribute to refresh and soothe tired feet. It also helps to protect them effectively and durably against bad odour.

Menthol scent.

Free of aluminium, hydrochloride, alcohol, parabens and triclosan.

Composition

AQUA, PROPANEDIOL, TRITHYL CITRATE, POLYGLYCERYL- 10 LAURATE, ALOE BARBADENSIS LEAF JUICE, SODIUM CAPROYL/LAUROYL LACTYLATE, POLYGLYCERYL-2 CAPRATE, MENTHOL, SALIX NIGRA (WILLOW) BARK EXTRACT, LEUCONOSTOC/RADISH ROOT FERMENT FILTRATE, SCLEROTIUM GUM, SODIUM ANISATE, CITRIC ACID.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Sweating is a natural mechanism to regulate body temperature, a process that intensifies during physical activity or when feeling nervous. Sweat is made of water, mineral salts and waste substances which, when in contact with the skin microbiota bacteria, are degraded, resulting in an unpleasant odour.

The feet are one of the areas that produce most sweat, due to the high concentration of sweat glands and skin folds, as well as the use of closed footwear that prevents proper ventilation. Foot deodorants help to limit sweating, neutralise odour and reduce bacterial proliferation. Powder and spray treatments are available and can be applied directly to the feet or in the shoes to ensure disinfection.

Some ingredients that help eliminate moisture and have antiseptic properties are potassium alum, zinc and talc. Use these deodorants with suitable, breathable footwear, and follow good hygiene guidelines. If itching or irritation occurs, consult a healthcare professional.
