Sandoz Wellness Hair and Nails 30caps

Sandoz Wellness hair and nails 30caps is a food supplement made with bioactive keratin, L-cysteine, vitamins and minerals. Its formula helps to strengthen hair and nails. Specifically, it strengthens keratin, the most abundant protein in hair and nails.

Cynatine HNS® bioactive keratin contains natural keratin and is rich in amino acids. Its production process is delicate and slow, allowing it to preserve a structure and functionality that is practically the same as that of natural keratin. L-cysteine is an amino acid that, together with other proteins, is involved in the structure of the hair strands and promotes hair growth by increasing the diameter of the hair strand. It also includes vitamin B6 and vitamin B8 (biotin), which contributes to the maintenance of skin and hair in normal conditions, and zinc, which contributes to the maintenance of skin and nails in normal conditions and also to the synthesis of proteins, such as keratin itself.

We recommend taking one or two capsules a day, combined with a varied and balanced diet including foods rich in protein, such as broccoli, eggs and milk, and rich in B vitamins, such as cereals, fruits and green leafy vegetables.

To enhance its effect, drink 2 to 3 litres of water a day, do not abuse the hair dryer with hot air or straighteners and use brushes with natural bristles.
