Sanitec Solutions has created the Galistano thermometer which is a gallium and indium alignment with properties similar to those of mercury, equally effective but completely harmless.

The Sanitec Solutions gallium thermometer is a manual, mercury-free clinical thermometer that measures temperature rectally, buccally or axially. Not using mercury is better for the patient because the body's contact with mercury can cause long-term health risks. With gallium, you avoid this risk by taking care of your patients' health.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Exposing thermometers to extreme temperatures or excessive humidity is not advisable, as this may affect measurement accuracy. Leaving the thermometer at room temperature for at least half an hour before use is recommended.

If the thermometer comes into contact with any part of the body (ear, mouth, armpit...), it should be cleaned after use.

Store in a cool, dry place out of children’s reach.
