Description

Sanon Hair, Skin and Nails 742.65mg 365caps is a dietary supplement formulated with zinc, copper and B vitamins to help maintain healthy hair, nails and skin.

It promotes collagen production and copper assists in normal hair and skin pigmentation. It also contains B vitamins that contribute to better protein synthesis.

This bottle contains 365 capsules, ideal for a whole year's treatment.

Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule a day, preferably before a meal.

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
