Schwarzkopf Igora Vibrance 4% Activating Lotion offers a semi-permanent colouration while moisturising the hair. It can be applied in both gel and cream. To apply it on the hair, the mixture must first be mixed in a ratio of 1:2. That is, one part of colouring for two parts of Activating Lotion. This mixture will transform the liquid into a creamy consistency, allowing a pleasant, easy, precise and fast application. The application takes 5 to 20 minutes to take effect.
