Semiflash Chameleon powder by Semilac. This gel nail polish powder gives a professional and long lasting effect. It gives a chrome finish on the top of the nails. Long lasting, up to 3 weeks. Will not chip or smudge. It is the perfect way to add innovation to your manicure. To apply it, a traditional semi-permanent nail polish must be applied. Then lamp dry, apply Top No Wipe and apply the powder on top. The remains should be removed with a brush before reapplying the Top No Wipe. It is a product for professional use, to create precise and impeccable decorations. It can be applied on top of a healthy, disease-free nail plate. The powder stands out more and looks more pronounced when applied over the colour 031 Black Diamond.
