Semilac semi-flash powder, a product designed for use in manicure to provide the famous holographic effect. The dazzling effect highlights the nails and looks more pronounced when applied on top of colour 031 Black Diamond. To use correctly: Perform a semi-permanent polish finishing with Top No Wipe and lamp dry. Rub the product and clean with a brush. Reapply Top No Wipe and dry.
