The dazzling effect highlights the nails and looks more pronounced when applied on top of colour 031 Black Diamond. To use correctly: Perform a semi-permanent polish finishing with Top No Wipe and lamp dry. Rub the product and clean with a brush. Reapply Top No Wipe and dry.
