Description

A dietary supplement designed to help strengthen hair and prevent hair loss. Formulated with cystine, Montpellier extract, methionine, arugula, iron, nettle leaf, zinc, magnesium of vegetable origin and vitamins B5, B6 and B8. Promotes nutrition and protection of the hair bulb, strengthening the hair fibre. Helps maintain normal nutrient metabolism and prevent the sensation of fatigue.

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules a day.

Composition

L-cystine; extract of aerial part of Montpellier capillary (Adiantum capillus-veneris L. - support: maltodextrin); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose and tricalcium phosphate; extract of aerial part of arugula Eruca vesicaria - support: maltodextrin); iron gluconate; L-methionine; dry extract of nettle leaf (Urtica dioica - medium: maltodextrin); zinc citrate; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate of vegetable origin; pantothenic acid (vitamin B5); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); biotin (vitamin B8); coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
