Instructions for use

Take 3 tablespoons (25 g) of Oat Bran per day mixed with any food or drink.

Composition

Oat bran, milk albumin, corn flour, wheat and malt, wheat bran, sweetener, salt, minerals and vitamins (C, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, B1, B2, A, folic acid, biotin, D, B12).
