Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take 1 or 2 capsules a day for 3 months.

Composition

Litothamnium calcarreum, hydrolysed sesame protein, Palmaria palmata, shell: pululan, L-cystine, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin.

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.

Very good product, but I am not satisfied with the order. I ordered 2 boxes of 180 capsules. At a rate of 2 capsules per day, these boxes should last at least 6 months. The use-by dates are only 05/2024. That's a bit short, especially as I still have some left over from the previous order, so I'm not waiting until I run out before ordering again. The pharmacies that ship the products should pay more attention to use-by dates. If it happens again, I'll order elsewhere
