Smith & Nephew Durafiber Medic 5x5cm 10 Pz es un dispositivo médico de clase IIb CE para el manejo de heridas crónicas y agudas. Está hecho de fibras de celulosa sulfonada etílica con un agente gelificante y está indicado para:

  • Úlceras de extremidades inferiores
  • Úlceras por presión
  • Úlceras diabéticas
  • Heridas quirúrgicas
  • Quemaduras de espesor parcial

Este apósito estéril absorbe el exudado verticalmente, controlando la propagación lateral, gelificando, atrapando bacterias y fluidos para reducir el riesgo de infecciones y maceración. Su composición química lo hace resistente a la tensión, lo que lo hace ideal para heridas complejas como fístulas y lesiones en túneles.
