Description

Skin help for causes of:

  • Incontinence
  • Trauma from dressing removal
  • Friction and moisture
  • Protection of perilesional skin
  • Negative pressure therapy devices
  • Ostomies

Smith Nephew has an effective topical barrier that forms a film on the skin. It preserves its integrity and provides an effective barrier for 96 hours, although there may be possible pain during the removal of adhesive products. Additionally, it prevents irritation caused by:

  • Urine and/or fecal incontinence
  • Wound drainage
  • Gastric juices
  • Adhesives
  • Friction

It is a hypoallergenic product, suitable for use in children, babies, and adults. It does not cause irritation as it is formulated without alcohol, so it does not cause itching. It facilitates the adhesion of:

  • Adhesive tape
  • Ostomy devices
  • Drainage tubes
  • Dressings
  • External catheters

It adapts to the patient naturally.

Instructions for use

Spray the liquid on the affected area and leave it on.

Composition

Hexamethyldisiloxane acrylate copolymer.
