Nutritionally it is a food that only contains complex carbohydrates. It contains no added sugars or salt. Provides dietary fibre and protein. Suitable for daily consumption. To be eaten to taste, with sauces, in salads or pasta. Vegan. Gluten free. Made in Spain.
Boil in plenty of water or broth for 6 to 8 minutes.
Buckwheat flour* (87%), Linseed* (10%), Beetroot* (3%) and Water.
