VITAMIN B2 (RIBOFLAVIN) 25 MG. VITAMIN B6 (PYRIDOXINE HCL) 25 MG. NIACINAMIDE 10 MG. VITAMIN B1 (THIAMIN MONONITRATE) 7,5 MG. ZINC (CHELATED) 5 MG. CHELATED IRON) 4 MG. MANGANESE (CHELATED) 2,5 MG. Vitamin a (from fish liver oil) 0,75 mg. BIOTINE 500 µG. FOLIC ACID 200 µG. Other natural ingredients present: gelatin (capsule), cellulose, brown rice, magnesium stearate, silica, parsley (petroselinum crispum leaf), watercress (nasturtium officinale leaf).
