Vitamin c 100 mg, pantothenic acid 100 mg, l-cysteine 50 mg, choline bitartrate 50 mg;INOSITOL 50 MG, PABA 25 MG, VITAMIN B2 25 MG, VITAMIN B6 25 MG, NIACINAMIDE 10 MG, VITAMIN B1 7,5 MG, ZINC 5 MG, MANGANESE 2,5 MG VITAMIN A 0,75 MG, BIOTIN 500 µG, FOLIC ACID 200 µG. Other natural ingredients present: gelatin (capsule), cellulose, brown rice, magnesium stearate, silica, parsley (petroselinum crispum leaf), watercress for its content in squash.

This is the second time I've bought it. The first time I bought it was because of a back operation where my hair fell out a lot. It was a miracle. Not a hair fell out after it. Months passed and I never took it again. Everything was going well until with the quarantine, the stress made my hair fall out again in a brutal way...
