Solaray Small Vit C is a delayed-acting vitamin C supplement: 50% is released into the stomach and the rest is released gradually over 12 hours.

Vitamin c (rose hip, acerola and ascorbic acid) 1000 mg. Other ingredients: coating: cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate and stearic acid.
Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is one of the most important nutrients in our diet. It boosts the immune system, promotes the absorption of iron from food and is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all skin tissues.
