Description

An award-winning, best-selling multivitamin complex. A high potency formula containing vitamins, minerals, amino acids and plant extracts. Ideal for everyday use. Helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and supports normal energy metabolism. Includes iron in the form of bisglycinate, which has been shown to be less of a gastrointestinal irritant and does not cause constipation. Instructions for use

It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day preferably with meals.

Inositol is an organic compound from the polyol family that has pseudovitamin (Vitamin B8) properties. It is a component of the cell membranes and is especially present in the central nervous system and muscle tissue. It is fundamental for communication between cells. It is also involved in lipid metabolism.
