I use and recommend this product for its quality

i bought it on the recommendation of an anesthesiologist friend and my daughter and I started taking it. We are both thin, eat very little, have several food intolerances and low bone density. Shortly after we started taking it, our urine turned phosphorescent yellow, which could be an excess of vitamin B12. This means that the B12 content of the component is probably too high. We are going to reduce the dose to three or two times a week according to our needs. We have only been using it for a week, so it is too early to see other effects, both positive and negative
