Solgar Magnesium Citrate 60 tablets is a dietary supplement based on magnesium that contributes to the maintenance of the musculoskeletal system.
It helps to keep bones, cartilage, and joints in good condition. Magnesium is a mineral that is involved in numerous reactions in our metabolism, such as those aimed at energy production, thus helping to reduce fatigue. Additionally, this mineral is necessary for the maintenance of bones and muscle function.
Suitable for vegans. Gluten-free.
Take 1 tablet a day, preferably with meals.

Magnesium is a mineral necessary for the different processes of our body, as it helps to maintain the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system. Among the food sources of magnesium include: nuts, legumes, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax ...) and cocoa.

There are different magnesium salts, for this reason, food supplements may have somewhat different properties depending on the salt they contain.
