Instructions for use

Take 3 tablets a day with meals.

Composition

Calcium (carbonate, bisglycinate), magnesium (bisglycinate), orXide), iron (bisglycinate), zinc (bisglycinate), manganese (bisglycinate), selenium (slenomethionine), iodine (potassium iodide), copper (bisglycinate), chromium (picolinate). Other natural ingredients present: microcrystalline cellulose, potassium chloride, cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin.

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.
