Solgar Omega 3-6-9 Fish Flax and Borage 120 pearls is a dietary supplement that combines omega 3, omega 6, and omega 9 fatty acids from fish oil, flax, and borage, distilled to remove mercury and other contaminants.


Fatty acids are a source of energy for the body and are involved in numerous biological processes. This supplement provides omega 3 fatty acids EPA, DHA, and alpha-linolenic acid, which contribute to the normal functioning of the heart, brain, and vision.

It contains no sugars, gluten, starch, wheat, dairy derivatives, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, or flavors.

Instructions for use

  • Take 3 capsules a day, preferably with food, with the help of water or another drink.

  • The daily dose expressly recommended for this product should not be exceeded.

  • Dietary supplements should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and an active lifestyle.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Consult a specialist before taking this product in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you are undergoing any medical treatment, or if you have any illness.

Fish oil (anchovies, mackerel and sardines) 1300mg, linseed oil 1300 mg, borage oil 1300 mg, omega 3 fatty acids: alpha linolenic acid (ala) 585 mg, eicosapentaenoic acid (epa) 3444 mg+, decosahexaenoic acid (dha) 221 mg+, omega 6 fatty acids: linoleic acid 598 mg, gamma linolenic acid (gla) 247 mg, omega 9 fatty acids: oleic acid 325 mg. OTHER COMPONENTS: GELATIN (BOVINE) AND VEGETABLE GLYCERIN (PALM SEED OIL AND COCONUT OIL). A MIXTURE OF TOCOPHEROLS.
