Soy Isoflavones (Soya Bean Extract), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-caking Agents (Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Cellulose Gum, Colouring Agents (Titanium Dioxide, Ammonium Sulphite Caramel), Coating Agent (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Vegetable Glycerin (from Palm Oil and Coconut Oil).
Coconut has several parts that can be consumed and used in dietary supplements. On the one hand, the best-known part is the pulp, from which the oil is extracted. It is rich in carbohydrates, proteins and lipids (notably lauric and oleic acid).
The oil extracted from the pulp is solid at room temperature and contains triglycerides with short and medium chain fatty acids. It should be consumed in moderation. On the other hand, the water or milk from the green coconut fruit is very hydrating and refreshing for the body.
