Solgar Vitamin D3 Cholecalciferol 2200UI 55mcg 100vcaps is a dietary supplement that helps maintain a good immune system and overall health. Made from Vitamin D3, an active ingredient that aids in the maintenance and functioning of muscles and bones, and helps ensure proper functioning of the nervous system. Adequate levels of this vitamin are necessary to stimulate calcium absorption, so supplementation with this vitamin is advisable if you do not get enough from sun exposure or from foods rich in vitamin D. Free from sugars, salt, and starch. Suitable for vegan, Kosher, and Halal diets, as well as for those intolerant to gluten or lactose.

Instructions for use

For adults, take one (1) capsule daily preferably with meals. Swallow the capsules with the help of water or another beverage. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose for this product. *Dietary supplements should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle.

Composition

Vitamin D3 (2200 IU, Cholecalciferol). Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, ethylcellulose), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate).
