Description

Solgar Vitamin D3 600UI 15mcg 60vcaps is a dietary supplement rich in vitamin D that also helps with the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus; maintenance of normal blood calcium levels as well as maintenance of normal muscle function. Suitable for vegetarians, kosher, and halal. Does not contain: sugars, salt, starch, gluten, or dairy.

Instructions for use

For adults, take one (1) capsule daily preferably with meals. Swallow the capsules with the help of water or another beverage. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose for this product. *Dietary supplements should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle.

Composition

VITAMIN D3 (600 UI, CHOLECALCIFEROL). LOADING AGENTS: MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE, MALTODEXTRIN, ETHYL CELLULOSE; ANTI-CAKING AGENTS: VEGETABLE MAGNESIUM STEARATE, SILICON DIOXIDE; VEGETABLE CAPSULE: HYDROXYPROPYL METHYL CELLULOSE.

Vitamin D, also known as calciferol, is one of the fat-soluble vitamins that is essential to support normal bone and teeth formation and helps to absorb calcium, increasing their strength and keeping them healthy. It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that contribute to a healthy immune system and muscle function. It also helps to regulate blood phosphorus level.

Vitamin D can be obtained in three different ways: through the skin by exposure to the sun and from foods and/or supplements that contain vitamin D. In case of vitamin D deficiency or excess, it is important to consult a healthcare professional for diagnosis and advice. Remember that dietary supplements should not replace a healthy and balanced diet.
