it's hard to say, as you'll need to use them over a few weeks to assess their effectiveness in relieving Achilles tendon pain over the long term. What's certain is that once the heel pad is in place, it doesn't move, and thanks to its material, it adheres to the shoe, making it easy to use in different pairs of shoes. The delivery by a carrier in a large cardboard box is surprising. It should be possible to send them by post in a padded envelope. That would be quite sufficient.
