Soria Natural Horsetail Bag 50g is an infusion suitable for treating fluid retention, as the ponytail has diuretic properties that help to eliminate excess fluid build-up, thus reducing the feeling of swelling and heaviness.
This product is a herbal aid that is also useful in cases of diet if there is an excessive volume due to water retention.
- Infusion: put 1 teaspoon of plant per cup, add boiling water, let stand 5-10 minutes and filter.
- Decoction (root, stems): pour the plant into boiling water, boil for 2-5 minutes, leave to stand for 5-10 minutes and filter, at the rate of 1 teaspoon per cup.
