Description

Horsetail infusion that helps to reduce fluid retention and is useful in case of kidney stones. Chopped plant and packaged in individual filter paper bags for infusion so that better maintain their scent and all its properties. Pack of 20 filters. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.

Instructions for use

Infusion and then rest for five minutes.

Composition

1,5g of Equisetum arvense L (sterile stems).

Horsetail is a plant rich in mineral salts (silicon, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, etc.) and flavonoids. It has diuretic (helps to reduce fluid retention), remineralising, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

It is also used in skin care because it promotes elasticity and collagen maintenance, as silicon can strengthen the structure of connective tissue. It is often used in strengthening treatments for nails and hair.
