It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day.

Composition

Nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, choline chloride, inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamin hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin, cyanocobalamin, stabilizer: Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salt of fatty acids: magnesium stearate; dyes: ponceau red, tartrazine yellow, titanium dioxide.

Inositol is an organic compound from the polyol family that has pseudovitamin (Vitamin B8) properties. It is a component of the cell membranes and is especially present in the central nervous system and muscle tissue. It is fundamental for communication between cells. It is also involved in lipid metabolism. We should consume it through our diet because it is involved in normal mental function maintenance and other physiological processes related to fertility and thyroid function.

Rich sources of inositol include whole grains, nuts and legumes. As an ingredient in dietary supplements, it can support these functions, although there are no standardised recommendations on its use.
