Instructions for use

Take 1 to 2 tablets a day, divided into two doses.

Composition

40mg of vitamin C (L-ascçorbic acid = 50% RDA), 18mg of vitamin E d,l-alpha tocopherol acetate (equivalent to 6mg of d-alpha tocopherol acetate = 50% RDA), 7mg of selenium gluconate with 28mcg of selenium (50% RDA), fructose, sorbitol, natural orange flavouring and sucralose.
