Description

Sotya Satiating Vanilla Milkshake 700g is a substitute supplement that helps regulate the nervous system by reducing food cravings, it also has a cleansing and diuretic effect and stimulates fat metabolism.

Made from skimmed milk, fiber, vitamins, minerals and a balanced proportion of carbohydrates and proteins. It also contains green coffee extract, which stimulates the utilization of fat reserves to obtain energy.

Indicated to help in weight loss processes.

*Available in other flavors: coffee, chocolate, white chocolate and strawberry.

Instructions for use

Dissolve 50g (three full tablespoons) of milkshake in 250ml of water or milk. Take immediately.

Good flavor, although I prefer the strawberry one, it dilutes perfectly, it is not cloying and the bottle is quite filling. I wanted some kind of food supplement to take during a break from work in the middle of the day to last until lunchtime, and for the moment it's perfect for me because it's quick to prepare and consume
