Sotya African Mango 500mg 120caps is a dietary supplement that acts directly on fat metabolism and appetite by controlling the secretion of a hormone called "leptin", which is responsible for feeling full after eating.

African mango (Irvingia gabonensis) is a fruit from West Africa. Several studies indicate that its seed extract may have the ability to inhibit fat production through certain effects on hormones that regulate metabolism.

This hormone, secreted by adipocytes when fat reserves increase, acts on the hypothalamus, which regulates the feeling of satiety. In addition, African mango seed helps control blood sugar levels and promotes the increase of good cholesterol (HDL) to the detriment of bad cholesterol (LDL).

Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule before each meal three times a day.
