Its multilayer structure allows a dynamic management of exudate in a moist environment for optimal wound healing. The silicone layer in contact with the wound minimizes the risk of wound adhesion and reduces pain during dressing changes. The outer protective film is waterproof and impermeable to bacteria, while being permeable to water vapor.for wounds with low to moderate exudate.
