Dietary supplement with vitamin complex of the B3 group. The composition is based on inositol hexanicotinate, a non-blushing form of vitamin B3 or niacin. Niacin contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function, to the maintenance of mucous membranes and skin in normal conditions. It also helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Take 1 capsule daily with the main meal.
inositol hexanicotinate (vit. B3), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, vegetable capsule (coating agent: vegetable cellulose; humectant: purified water).
Inositol is an organic compound from the polyol family that has pseudovitamin (Vitamin B8) properties. It is a component of the cell membranes and is especially present in the central nervous system and muscle tissue. It is fundamental for communication between cells. It is also involved in lipid metabolism. We should consume it through our diet because it is involved in normal mental function maintenance and other physiological processes related to fertility and thyroid function.
