Synactives Capactives Hair and Nails 120 capsules is a dietary supplement, formulated with a very long list of nutrients that boost nail and hair health. Improves appearance, pigmentation, strength and stimulates hair growth. It is formulated with the following components: keratin, horsetail, copper and vitamins B3, B6, B8 and B5. It also provides other active agents with prolonged action such as: L-Lysine, zinc, horsetail, L-Methionine, L-Cystine and vitamins E, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9 and D3. This rich formula contributes to the care and protection of hair and nails.

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
