Natural fermented soy sauce, from organic farming. With 25% less salt than other soy sauces. Gluten free. As a mineral, salt is naturally present in our body. It is very important in our diet, but in moderation. Tamari soy sauce has a strong and intense flavour and is made according to the traditional Japanese method of liquid fermentation. Store in a cool, dry place.

Instructions for use

Ideal for flavouring stews, pasta broth, soups, wok vegetables, salad dressings, marinades, wok dishes, etc. Combines with rice vinegar, garlic, ginger and mustard. Helps to enhance flavors.
