The internal tampons Tampax Super 20 are designed for medium to heavy menstrual flow. Each tampon comes with a comfortable cotton applicator that makes insertion easier.
After washing your hands, follow these steps:
- Take the applicator out of the wrapper and pull the inner tube until you hear a click.
- Position the internal tampon with the rounded part of the applicator pointing towards the vaginal opening.
- Gently push the inner tube with your index finger.
- Once inserted correctly, carefully remove the applicators.
If you feel discomfort, it may mean that the tampon has not been inserted correctly; in that case, remove it and try with a new one.
To remove the tampon:
- Gently pull the string down following the angle of insertion.
The Tampax Super 20 tampons are biodegradable and can be disposed of in the toilet or wrapped in paper and thrown in the trash.
