Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. It is recommended to take 3 sachets a day, one sachet a half hour before each main meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a 150ml glass of water.

Composition

Whey powder (6,4 g), inulin (1,5 g), oligofructose (1 g), milk flavour, sweetener (aspartame), colouring agent (carminic acid).

Allergens: contains dairy derivatives. CONTAINS A SOURCE OF PHENYLALANINE.
